One of the coolest changes and additions made to Apple’s smartphone lineup with the launch of the iPhone 14 Pro is the Dynamic Island, a portion of the screen around the hole-punched cutout for the selfie camera that expands and changes to show notifications, play music tracks, and even display how far away your Uber is.
Only the Apple iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max have this adaptable function, which has a lot of potential but hasn’t quite been realized.
That is, for approximately five minutes. It shouldn’t come as a surprise that Android apps were able to imitate this feature shortly after the iPhone 14 Pro was announced; DynamicSpot is the most well-known of these apps. DynamicSpot, which debuted a few weeks after Apple’s announcement of Dynamic Island, has features that are comparable to the highlight feature of Dynamic Island and supports a variety of apps.
Although it might seem obvious, you must first download and install the app in order to start using it.
Go to DynamicSpot on the Google Play Store in step 1.
Select Install in step two. Once the download is complete, locate it in your app list and launch it.
The app comes with a setup tutorial that makes it simple to get started, but we’ll walk you through the process below so you know what to do and why.
Step 1: Open the app and select Next to get started.
Step 2: A list of directions for configuring the app will be sent to you. To choose which apps can activate DynamicSpot, first select Select apps. You should start with music and multimedia apps like Spotify, YouTube Music, Audible, and others, but you may also include texting apps. Choose the apps you want, then press the top-left back button to proceed.
Step 3: Click Notification access, pick DynamicSpot from the drop-down menu, and then tap Allow notification access > Allow. The app can now show your notifications as a result.
Step 4: Next, choose Draw on screen, Next > DynamicSpot, and then allow. As a result, DynamicSpot can be drawn on top of other programs.
Step 5.To allow the program to run in the background, choose Done and then Allow.
You’re all set and prepared to go now. Launch one of the apps you choose and give it a go to test it out. By starting Spotify, playing a song, and then returning to the home screen, we were able to test it out.
